Variant-Scoped Collections

Layers now fully supports Shopify’s variant-scoped collections — collections that include only some of a product’s variants, like a “Red Only” promotion, instead of every variant automatically coming along for the ride. Browse, filtering, price sorting, and variant breakout tiles now all reflect exactly which variants belong to the collection, so a partial member never renders as if the whole product were included.

Collection pages in the dashboard also show how many variants are included per product, right alongside the rest of your collection data. No setup is required — Layers detects variant-scoped collections automatically and applies this everywhere the collection is used.
