Open Settings, then Integrations in the Layers dashboard, toggle LoyaltyLion on, and save. No theme edits are required.
Do I need a separate LoyaltyLion account?
Yes. LoyaltyLion needs to be running your loyalty program before you enable the integration in Layers.
What data does Layers receive from LoyaltyLion?
Loyalty context such as tier and points balance. Layers uses it as a session signal for ranking and merchandising, and it respects the same consent settings as the Layers Pixel.
