How do I enable the Rivo integration?
Open Settings, then Integrations in the Layers dashboard, toggle Rivo on, and save. No theme edits are required.
Do I need a separate Rivo account?
Yes. Rivo needs to be running your loyalty program before you enable the integration in Layers.
What data does Layers receive from Rivo?
Loyalty context such as tier and points balance. Layers uses it as a session signal for ranking and merchandising, and it respects the same consent settings as the Layers Pixel.
