How do I set up the Okendo integration?
Enable Okendo under Settings, then Integrations in the Layers dashboard, copy the webhook endpoint shown in the setup panel, register it in your Okendo dashboard, and paste the signing secret back into Layers.
When does quiz personalization take effect?
Within the same browsing session. Quiz responses are matched to the shopper's session, so results personalize as soon as the quiz is completed.
What data does Layers receive?
Quiz responses only. Layers normalizes the answers and attaches them to the shopper's session as contextual information for ranking and merchandising.
