Diversity Cap for Recommendation Blocks

Recommendation blocks now have a Diversity Cap safeguard. Turn it on and Layers limits how many products from the same product family can land near the top of a block, so one bestselling style doesn't crowd out everything else. It works across every block strategy — interaction, similar products, manual, trending, and contextual — the same way diversity expressions already work for sort orders.

We also fixed Exclude Family Members so it now applies to collection-anchored similar-products blocks, which previously let family duplicates of the anchor slip through.
