Excluded Collections for Variant Breakouts

Variant breakouts can now list collections they should never run on. A store-wide breakout can skip a handful of collections — like clearance or gift cards — without enumerating every other collection as a target, and products in an excluded collection stay as single, un-expanded tiles instead of breaking out. Saving a breakout that both targets and excludes the same collection is rejected, so your targeting and exclusions can never quietly contradict each other.
