Promote & Demote in Block Rules

Block rules can now rank results, not just filter them. Add a promote or demote action to any rule, and matching products move to the front or back of the block while everything else keeps its normal order. Products aren't removed. Pagination stays stable.

We also added an exclude purchased products safeguard that hides items a shopper already bought, and a prefer_anchor_option setting that ranks products matching the shopper's selected variant, like color, first.
