Query Dimensions
Query dimensions read a search and pull out the attribute values a shopper asked for. A Color dimension can tag "blue summer dress" as blue, so one ranking rule can promote blue products without a separate rule for every color.
Describe the dimension once and Layers writes keyword rules, then checks them against AI labels on your top searches. You review any disagreements and refine the rules. If a search has no clear signal, the action is skipped instead of applying to everything.
You can also manage dimensions through the Layers MCP server.
