Search Strategy Presets

Add a Search Strategy to the Search Behavior page: Fast, Balanced, Deep, or Exhaustive. Each preset scales how many candidates search retrieves, clusters, and reranks before returning results, so you can trade a wider net for a little more latency (or the reverse) without hand-tuning pipeline limits.

Balanced remains the recommended default for most catalogs. Reach for Fast on speed-first storefronts with mostly exact-match queries, and Deep or Exhaustive on large or varied catalogs where broader recall matters more than shaving milliseconds off a query.
