How do I enable the Microsoft Clarity integration?
Open Settings, then Integrations in the Layers dashboard, toggle Microsoft Clarity on, and save. No theme edits are required.
Does Layers load the Microsoft Clarity script?
No. Layers only forwards events to services already loaded on your page. Enabling the integration adds no extra scripts, and if Microsoft Clarity is not present the events are simply skipped.
Is shopper data handled safely?
Event forwarding respects the same consent management settings as the Layers Pixel, so nothing is forwarded for shoppers who have not consented.
